  • I get up and walk first thing, but before I do I eat some yogurt so that it jumpstarts my metabolism. If I were you, I'd eat (or drink) something before you workout. But that's just my opinion. :smile: I may or may not be helping myself...lol. I weigh in Sat. for the first time since I joined, so we'll see. :wink:

  • I don't think you have to eat back all the calories you burn, otherwise you wouldn't be losing weight. That's what you would do if you were trying to maintain your weight. Stick to eating the 1600 calories you're supposed to eat and you should lose the weight.

  • I do Leslie Sansone, Walk away the pounds. I have several of her dvd's, but this has been the one I like the best. I usually turn off the sound and listen to my ipod while I walk. It makes it easier to listen to music I like and it really raises my heart rate when I try to sing along...lol.

  • Try to eat foods that will speed up your metabolism. Green tea is supposed to really help and it's good for you in other ways.
