  • Regarding P90x, I usually just put the minutes in Cardio or in some type of strength training depending on how much of one or the other I think I am doing. In a p90x workout you can expect to burn around 500 calories but on this site it gives you around 300! I am surprised it isn't on here since it is such a popular tool!
