  • I prefer to workout at home. I do it early in the morning and it saves me time. I went to the gym for 7 years and found that I tend to do the same workout that fits into my timeframe. With the dvds and changing them up it is like I have my own personal trainer. I am did p90x and am on day 20 of Insanity now.

  • My weight can fluctuate by a few pounds DAILY. Yup, I can weight a few pounds more or less at the end of the day then at the beginning. Weight alone is a bad way to measure your progress. Take measurements every few weeks. Go by your measurements, how you look and feel and how your clothes fit to judge your progress.
  • I work out the same amount. I try and give it my all every workout. Granted I am more tired a few days prior and during my period. I just do the best I can.

  • I am doing p90x but just got insanity. I have been doing the cardio plyo circuit in place of p90x's kempo x. I plan to do the 60 day insanity program after I am done p90x. This is my second full round of p90x.
