Hi there. I was about to tell you how to fix your signature but you did fix it. Great. Good site.. stay with logging calories. I would recommend posting your diary so others get to see what you are eating and either get ideas or can help guide you where to change habits. Anyway.. you will do great and it is a start :)

Hello Drew! Welcome to a great site. Check out the community blogs and you might learn some tricks and tips. Keep logging daily.. and you will be focused in no time. I am on day 33, and just feel mentally I have had great changes as well as watching body change :)

Good luck. Stay with it, and log in everyday and you will start making changes and start focusing on yourself. I have been here about a month and now order things off the menu I should not that I want, and you know.. they are pretty good! Sending request

I added blueberries to my daily list to compare.. all 3 fruits are about the same sugar in 1 cup... Grapes 15, Strawberries 13 and Blueberries 14. Blueberries have a tad less calories though. I was about to post this SAME topic. I ate grapes and strawberries this morning. BLAM I am over my sugar.. HUH!?! Is that really bad, or is fruits OK sugar? I am confused. Do I eat the fruits and veggies that are natural, or do I eat other crap that does not have sugar but may be processed?

I am confused as well. When I am the in the green (under), MFP warns me I should be eating more, or at least my minimum. When I eat right at my daily goal.. the average it gives me.. for my weight in 5 weeks is NOT what I am trying to get. That will take awhile! So, I guess if I want VERY slow results, then I stay on goal.…

I see some great burns!! Great job. I am unable to exercise this week. Deep cough, can't talk or breathe, and feel feverish. Been sick since Monday. Sorry, but I will pick up the pace as SOON as I can! Hate to not even try, but it has been on my mind EVERYDAY that I have wanted to burn and eat good!

My Mom went one year with us, and she got up at crack of dawn on day 2 to go to a drug store to by a heating pad for her back. LOTS of walking and it hurt her!! She brought wrong tennis shoes and just all the walking she said. So agree with this post! lol

Oh, we went to a pretty cool magic show. Had reservations early before we went to Vegas and had front row seats. There will be tons of shows (as people are mentioning) so it is up to what ya'll like and want to do girlfriend!
