  • I like the Atkins chocolate. It has 15g protein and only 160 calories. I usually have a snack about 3 hours later because it won't keep me full until lunch though.

  • Most training schedules for 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon etc give you 2 days off per week. I would say maybe you could do 5 days per week, but your body needs a rest. Or maybe do 3 days per week running and 2 days doing something else. (Maybe strength training?)
