I took a whole bottle of miralax before a colonoscopy and it was pretty bad. I can't imagine wanting to do that. If you are having constipation issues you can try miralax by the dose on the package or metamucil or benefiber. Good luck.

My maintenance calories now are 2,174, but I eat 1,674. At my goal weight (in 13.6 lbs!) I will maintain at 2,056. That is 382 more calories per day I will eat when I am maintaining. I only weigh on Thursday mornings and maybe if I have overeaten a day I will get on to try to motivate me to get right back on track. I only log on Thursdays though. SO it doesn't matter that this morning I showed 161.8 which is a 1lb loss. All that counts is what I weight on Thursday morning.

Its because you can't go below 1200 without going into starvation mode so it won't let your calories be below that. To actually measure if you are losing 1/2 lb at 1460 then you can subtract 250 calories for each 1/2 lb per week. I was overweight starting in about the 5th grade and I wasn't the only one. I know there were others, but I don't know how many. I hit 100lbs when I was 10 years old (90th percentile.) I was over 200lbs my freshman year in high school which was off the charts. I would say maybe 20% of the students were overweight then.

Well I use the meal bars everyday as my snacks and I use the shakes maybe once a week. It helps carry me over until lunch and dinner. I don't do the diet as it says on the 321 plan, but I love the bars and shakes. They help keep me on track instead of going to the vending machine or eating something too fattening.

My 2 yr old is 27lbs and my 1 year old is 19lbs so I lost both of them plus what one of them weighed at birth! (7 more lbs). When I carry one on each hip its hard to believe I used to carry all that weight.
