@aganey I did start with just logging and lost 20lbs ... I did some cardio ... Nothing crazy. Started weight training in 2013 and that's what really transformed my body though.

I life heavy, 5-6 times a week. Dropped by body fat % by 10 percent and lost 50lbs. Very little to no cardio. Clean diet and weight training!

I did cardio FOREVER to lose weight. I was 190 lbs, I got down to 165-170 doing just cardio and low calories. I started lifting, and did very little cardio.. eating according to my macros and very high protein and I lost 30 more pounds, gained a lot of muscle and am in the best shape I've ever been in. I go through random binges of drinking diet soda. Months and months of just water with lemon and ice tea.. and then I have like two weeks of soda drinking. I get it's zero calories, zero in all macros...but it's artificial terribleness. Also, what causes me to snap out of those binges is I start looking flabby. And also..…
