http://nutivahempshake.com/ Nutiva hemp protein is really good. I have the acai berry formula. i mix it with some almond milk, then add in frozen fruit and some ice cubes. It's a great breakfast or post-workout meal!

I eat Ezekial sprouted grain bread (I like the sesame version) toasted with 1tablespoon of almond butter. Sometimes I cut up a strawberry or two on top to mimic a PBJ. It's delicious and very filling!

Hi! I've been vegetarian for 10 years and was vegan for 3 years. I'm back to vegetarian now. What I found to be the most helpful was the stick with foods that are naturally vegan.
