Wow! You had about the same starting and your weight now is what I want to be!!! You look great and did it in such a short time! You are an inspiration to me because I'm still around your starting weight and if my body looks like yours when 20 pounds is gone I will be oh so happy :) thanks for the motivation!

In 10 weeks I wanna lose 10 pounds, maybe that's a low goal but it's super attainable! I want to feel my clothes fitting better or have them become loose! I want to log my food in for the next 10 weeks! :)

DO IT! It's tough but it's one of those things that gives you a sense of accomplishment after you do it You will be mad at Shawn T (the instructor) but sometimes he really makes you work harder! I can already tell a difference in my leg muscules and i'm only in week 3! :)

that's me too! because weight shifts so much up and down so if I did it everyday some days would be great and some days would be hard so one day a week is the "average" haha at least in my mind!

Hey I play volleyball and I'm trying to lose 20 by the fall :) so I think we'd be great buddies! Add me if you'd like :) I think losing weight for athletes is difficult because we want have to train and sometimes training and dieting is a hard combo to master and we could help each other out!
