Probably my brother...he's super in shape and has made litle comments here and there about how I'm doing well! But I don't really have very much "real life" support, so MFP really has been a huge support system!

Everyday after I finish my insanity workout, when I'm exhausted and can't breathe I smile because I know I just kicked some serious butt even if I couldnt keep up with the people on the dvd on every exercise!!

I log it as circuit training..I probably burn more some days than it says and I probably burn less some days than it says. You can't really log it well unless you have a heart rate monitior! :)

You look fantastic! and way to stick with it! At first I thought the first picture was right at the start of insanity and the last was after the two month program! I was about to say you need to be an insanity spokes person! haha

155- get my nails done 150- a new craft project 145-new workout tank tops and YOGA PANTS (i've always wanted to be comfortable enough with my body to wear them!) 140-shopping, shopping, shopping, and more shopping :) clothes that will stand out because I will NOT blend in anymore!

The pool might be an option. I know I have a knee injury and being in the pool gives me a good work out but kinda relives the impact a little :) I mean if it's a serious injury maybe just do arm workoouts and give your ankle a rest :)

Have you lost any inches? Sometimes you lose inches in your waist, hips, and thighs before you see it on the scale! :)

After recovery week I haven't really moved much! But I lost a total of 2 inches since I've posted this and today was my first day of month 2! It kicked my butt!!!!! hahaha But I know I will get even better results after this month! Thanks for checking on me! :) Any advice?
