And no I'm not following the nutrition guide that came with it. I don't get to buy the food in my house, so I deal with what I have in the house and try and limit my calories to 1200 + a protein shake and I do eat most of my excersise calories!

I don't have time for any other exercises so insanity is all I do :) besides it really is a workout!!! and as for supplements I take a protein shake after each workout, it helps with soreness and it's supposed to help build lean muscule(not the best if you are strickly just trying to lose weight because it can contribute…

I'm almost done with my first month and I've got to say I'm doing more reps and trying to keep up with them more so I feel like I'm doing worse when actually I know I'm doing better than the first time I did each dvd. sometimes bobby pins help keep them in place...or I stretch them a little bit because the older the head band the better it fits on my head because when it's stretched it's not so tight and won't slip or pop off as easily! haha hope that made sense!
