I am 5'3 and I weight now 120... My goal is about 105 but I would be happy with 110. I know that's not that much but I have some room for improvement in my thighs and mid section.

I agree with Rhonda. I have it and it's really not that difficult. Pay attention to what your are eating and you will realize.

Mine is at 1200 and I have no problem reaching it everyday. Sometime I go over about 100 cal or less but for the most part, I stay under my caloric goal. I eat a lot of cereal with soy milk, fruit, veggies and lean meats. I can also eat fast food, but I generally order kids meals. I like this calorie goal because since I…

I don't think it's a big deal to go over your protein intake, as long as your calories are under your goal. I think the numbers are out of whack anyway, because I rarely am under my sugar and protein goals, unless I don't eat meat for the most part of my day, and it is not realistic for non-vegetarians.
