  • Thanks ladies! Whilst I knew the water weight can increase with weight training I just thought 1 kg overnight was a bit much! But if the body adapts to it then hopefully it won't retain so much too! (Could also be the case of that time of the month returning, sorry TMI, after having baby #3 2 mths ago!)!
  • Thanks everyone! I used to use CK but find MFP so much better - and heaps more convenient with the iPhone app :).
  • Best type of tape to use is actually metal - that way it doesn't expand in heat giving a false reading. So I'd head to the hardware store :-)
