Seeing as i wont have a scales to weigh myself for a while (and its killing me...i used to do it daily!), im gonna try get a measuring tape just to keep track of how im doing....but where do i get one? Would i get one in a supermarket or maybe in a pharmacy?? They're not really something you see all over the place!

I got mine in a craft shop, it was in a little sewing kit.

try a fabric or walmart in the fabric dept... where ever the sewing thread / kits are
  • Go to the fabric section in walmart!! That's where I got mine!! Also, you can weigh yourself for 50cents in some resturaunts. :)

Best type of tape to use is actually metal - that way it doesn't expand in heat giving a false reading.

So I'd head to the hardware store :-)

See if you can get the one from Rosemary Conley online.

It has markers that you put in at the start invarious colours for each section of the body. And smaller markers that you move as you shrink.

I haven't checked for a while, so I think I will do mine now, thanks for the reminder.

the tape shouldn't cost much. I'd check the dollar store.
