That's great. You are going to love it. After doing my first 5k I was hooked. I did about 6 more that year. Then I got pregnant. Now I'm working my way back up to three miles so I can do more races. I can't wait.

Don't I need to be able to support my own body weight in order to do a pull up or push up?

Right now I can't do a push up or a pull up. How can I get my arms strong enough to be able to do a push up? ow do I know if I am progressing?

I let MFP adjust the calories but I don't eat extra food. I just ignore it but I know it is there should I go over my calories for the day.
