Fallen off the wagon
I had finally gone under the 200 mark. I was so excited. Then as usual I sabatoged myself and fell off the wagon and gained five pounds. I'm back over 200 and can't seem to stop eating. Why do I do this to myself all the time? What is wrong with me? I keep saying today is the day I'm going to get back on track but I just…

I blew it!
My birthday was Saturday so I pretty much binged Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I gained three pounds. I have no one to blame except myself. It's back to reality tomorrow. Hopefully it will come off easily when I go back to 1400 calories. I have worked so hard and the weight comes back so quickly.

Woo Hoo!
I'm under the century mark. 199.6. Haven't seen that since before I gave birth. Slow and steady. It seems to be working.

Upper body
I really want to be able to increase my upper body strength so I can do a chin up, push up or dip. I can barely hold my son's car seat with him in it. What do you suggest I do? I want to be like the American Ninja Warriors

Beginner needing advice
I am a mother of two. My youngest is only six months old but I need to get back into the exercise track. I used to run 5k's. That was my exercise. I will get back into that but what I really want to do is build my upper body strength. Where do I start? Do I need to start lifting? Are there exercises I can do at home to…

Cheat day at the buffet
So I went to Mohegan sun with the hubby. I have really been logging everything the past week. We went to the buffet and I didn't go crazy like I used to but I wasn't that great either. I actually tried to log as much as I could. Obviously I went over my calories intake. I'm a little upset but I can't go back. I'll have to…

How did everyone do with the superbowl yesterday?
I am happy to say that I only went over my calorie goal by 100 calories. I ate very light during the day and went into the party with 800 calories to spare. When I got on the scale this morning it did not go up. I was very happy. How did everyone else do?

Pizza
So I live in NY and I want to know how many calories are actually in a slice of NY style pizza. There are many different entries on MFP that range from 200 -370. Does anyone know for sure?

I'm in the zone
Okay, I think I'm finally in the zone. I'm sticking to about 1450 calories a day, weighing my foods, having fruit smoothies for breakfast, salads for lunch. I'm not going to weigh myself until Sunday to see if my efforts are paying off. I really hope I can keep this up.

So upset with myself
I can't seem to get through one day perfect. I exercised today, ate well, didn't eat birthday cake at the party, had a salad for dinner and then proceeded to eat 8 Hershey miniatures and a handful of m m peanut. Why can't I stay on track? I am my own worst enemy.

Is impossible to exercise at home
I have a three year old and five month old. Whenever I try to exercise one of them invariably interrupts me. My husband does not stop them. I feel like he is not supportive of my goals. I work full time. What do other mothers do for exercise?

Logging accurately on MFP
I want to log accurately but on MFP when I type in something generic so many things come up I am not sure which is correct. For instance, I had a greek salad with grilled chicken from a diner. I dipped my fork in the dressing rather than pour it on so I didn't use that much. When I type it into MFP I get all these…

Sweet Tooth Alternatives
I always enjoy a piece of chocolate (okay more than a piece) after a meal but I need to get healthy and lose weight so I wanted some advice on what I can replace the chocolate and cookies with and still get that sweetness I crave.
