Fallen off the wagon

I had finally gone under the 200 mark. I was so excited. Then as usual I sabatoged myself and fell off the wagon and gained five pounds. I'm back over 200 and can't seem to stop eating. Why do I do this to myself all the time? What is wrong with me? I keep saying today is the day I'm going to get back on track but I just keep eating more and more. Please help!

You can't undo what's been done but you CAN do your best not to continue on that path. Take it one meal, one workout at a time. You can and will get back under 200, it may not be easy or quick but you do have what it takes to do it.

Been there , done that !!! In fact , just got back on the wagon a couple of months ago myself . I was so depressed , didn't feel like exercising and was tired all the time . I just knew I had something serious wrong with me , but the only thing wrong was my weight ! I started using this app again and watching what I eat at the beginning of Feb , and I finally started feeling like exercising again just about three weeks ago . I started out slow on the treadmill, walking and have worked up to a fast pace walk/jog , five or six nights a week , doing at least 2.5 to 3.0 miles a night . I'm down 25 lbs so far !! You just have to force yourself to get up and do it no matter how tired you are , once you start , it becomes an addiction . A healthy one !!!

It's self sabotage - we can all be guilty of it for a number of reasons... mostly psychological.
If you really can't stop eating at the moment and can't control your appetite than the best diet you could do is probabaly one where you have a set list of foods that you can eat until you're blue in the face.. Okay this is going to consist of a plateful of veggies or salad.. but the fact you can have as much as you like might help you more than trying to restrict (that's if you can stick to those foods only)x
