  • Excellent :) I've done 3 half marathons and believe it or not they have all literally been 2:00:4x, so all about 40 seconds over 2 hours. Killer! I thought for sure last time I would break 2 hours!! Best of luck to you :)

  • My current aim is for 1.5lbs per week with a net calorie goal of 1,600. I only started last Wednesday so have only done 5 days, but so far I have lost 2lbs which is encouraging.

  • Sorry, MFP is showing that my net calories a day is 1350. I put the goal to lose 1.5lbs per week. I'll see how it goes for the new few days, but if I feel too hungry then I will up it to around 1500 or 1600. Appreciate the feedback though, I was thinking that 1350 net calories was on the low side!
