  • I always find that when I start working out again and I haven't exercised for a while that my weight initially goes up by a few lbs but over a week I lose. Patience is a virtue :)
  • This my new goal, to eat more protein so that I don't feel hungry as much. Breakfast is my downfall so I have recently switched to having an egg white omelette with some ham and cheese. I am finding that helps. My only decision now is to have the egg white omelette as well as come cereal, or just stick with the omelette!

  • I am good with 35 miles for March. It's a decent total and manageable as long as I do 3 runs/walks per week.

  • Ok, so I believe that it's has been 4 weeks so far. Scales said 178.6lbs this morning so that's a little over 5lbs lost :) Would still like some feedback on my diary to see what people think. My goal is to get down to 170lbs.
  • Would agree with this. I have only been doing this for 4 weeks and by watching my calories I have lost 5lbs. I am now focusing more on my macros and trying to up my protein.
