Garmin steps taking away from my calories
I have a Garmin device that is linked to MFP. I've only re-started using MFP recently again and noticed something that looks to be weird. It's add my calories from steps as though it is food. The steps are coming through as exercise but the calories gained from steps/walking is deducting from my goal. I would absolutely…

Publix Rotisserie Chicken
I don't have access to scales so was hoping that someone has already done this and has a pretty good idea. Publix sells 1lb rotisserie chicken but what is the approximate weight of just the meat? Is it 1lb or less? I'm assuming less due to bones, skin but not sure. Would appreciate any help :)

Sodium
All, Need to understand something about MFP and sodium. My daily limit is 2300 mg(?) of sodium. When I exercise I see that my calories increase as well as my protein, carbs, fat, etc, which makes sense to me since I need to eat more. However, my sodium always stays at 2300 no matter what. Alot of these sports hydration…

As of Tuesday 25th February I will be at 4 weeks of tracking what I eat (as best I can) and tracking my exercise with Endomondo. I'm 44, 5'7" and started at 184lbs. My goal is to get down to 170lbs. Looking for advice as to what I can do to try and keep eating at my calorie goal or approx 1,600 net calories/day. A friend suggested to take a large bag of baby carrots and take a zip lock bag to work every day…

Garmin Forerunner 620
Anyone got one of these and care to share your experiences? How well does it work when running on a treadmill? I believe it has something to work when indoors. I am thinking of getting this watch for when I run as it would be much more comfortable than my phone, which is quite large on my arm. Also, would this watch work…

Endomondo
Anyone use this to track their exercises? I've been using it for a while now to track my running (non-treadmill) and cycling. Got a couple of questions. 1. Sunday I cycled for 75 mins, did 22.5 miles at an avg rate of around 18.5/mph. Endomondo states this burns around 1,583 calorie. Does that sound right to people? 2.…
