    Right so just under 2weeks left and I'm quite a bit behind, had to nurse some injuries/niggles but managed to get a run in monday which felt ok, probably about 50-60% right. Should be getting one in tonight but how far all depends on how my body behaves, it's about time I started listening to my body and stop flatout ignoring it.

    Yesterday I had a spinning class so ran there and back, albeit added an extra mile on way back just to try and build the miles up. Under 10miles to go so I should be ok baring in mind that I have a half marathon 30th March.
