Dog walking in miles. I'm not counting general steps around work - some days I'm at my desk all day others I can walk more than 5 miles! These are the getting off the sofa and making an effort miles!

Hello again My Fitness Friends. I have been posting these challenges each month of 2014 following attempting (and not succeeding) at 50 miles December 2013. So this goal is for 35 miles. This goal range is good for me personally as I crosstrain and don't log TONS of miles each week as I like to keep up with yoga-lates-ish workouts and strength training. You can log walking, running, elliptical, etc. Let's keep each other accountable!

    GOOD LUCK!

    -Ashley

I do 35 miles in a week. Usually 5 miles per day. Sometimes more.

With my job I average 13 miles a day anyway so I imagine I could have this nailed in one week! XD

We just got back from our trip and I'm at 17.3 miles now. So just about halfway!

I need to move my butt if I'm going to get to my personal goal of 100 miles!

Good for you. I'm sure there are other challenges that have higher goals that would be more appropriate for you then.
