    Sorry I've been MIA. I was not able to log any miles in AZ and the weather is just now finally warming up. I am rather doubtful I'll be able to get 27.1 miles donw in the next week and a half, but I'll still try to log some miles. I'll be zoo walking and hopefully get a run in as well tomorrow. Keep up the good work!

    2/18 - 3.6 miles on elliptical

    Total so far: 26.3 miles :) 8.7 more to go. I know we are not logging cycling, but if we did, then I'd be at 113 miles for the month...WOW, I'm pretty stoked about that :)

    Trying to redeem myself and enjoying the 60 degree weather.

    2/22: Ran 4.1; warm up and cool down was 0.4. Walked to get coffee and back this a.m. = 1.3. Walked to wine store and back = 1.8.
    TOTAL MILES TODAY = 7.6

    TOTAL MILES THIS MONTH = 18.7

    We're coming down the home stretch! Do you all want to stick to a goal of 35 next month as well? Or we can all set our own personal goals. I like 35. This month was though as I was vacationing for almost a week of the shortest month of the year, but I think I can make 35 happen next month. I've got plans to run a 10k race next Saturday, so that'll help out.

    I am good with 35 miles for March. It's a decent total and manageable as long as I do 3 runs/walks per week.

    Workout Summary 10th February 2014 - 16th February 2014:- 29.8miles in 9.4hrs.
    17th February 2014 - 23rd February:- 27.4miles in 6.7hrs (worked away from home 2 days last week which meant I spent all day travelling).
    5miles planned for tonight:)
