    Considered getting on the treadmill this weekend, but my knee was bothering me a bit after my 3 miles on Thursday. So I did some interval training instead, so logged no miles. Yesterday I had a stomach thing going on, so I'll have some work to do when I return from AZ this weekend. Have a good week!

    I'm in too! Just what I needed to find because I don't feel much like walking on the treadmill tonight. I've got 9 miles logged for the month; I'm trying to step up to one hour a day of walking at 3.5 miles per hour. This will make three straight days. It's been a long time since I've said that. I seem to eat a bit less when I walk, too. Good luck all!
