this is a very easy recipe. a package of skinless boneless chicken breast or thighs. a jar of your favorite salsa in the pot for 4 -6. you can add in some corn and a can of black beans too. season to taste.

i thought i was the one one! i've been plateauing forever and have done all the plateau tricks. i quit WW after losing around 20 lbs but started to plateau right when i hit 25 BMI which has been for about 4 months. personally for me i think it's age and breast feeding hormones that's keeping the weight on.

you know i end up eating around 1400-1500 the days i exercise. some days i shred AND go for a jog which is a bit overboard but i feel great. i've only been on the shred for 6 days so we'll see how it's going day 20!
