In the past I have found what works best for me, when I have to eat fast food, is to make the best choices I can....i.e. grilled chicken sandwich instead of a burger.....or a salad if it isn't loaded with all the junk. Glad you're taking care of you again. I understand how easy it is to put yourself last and then wonder why you did it...again. Has happened to me too many times! It's never too late to take care of yourself....just a matter of how far off track we have to get before we make ourself #1 again!
