I understand you're not getting great help, but that is because you have a unrealistic goal. Shoot for 10-20 lbs, watch your intake, walk as much as your knee will take (buy a brace) and buy spanx for the wedding. It's great, really, lol.

I am a Kinect addict. I love Dance Central, Zumba, Kinect Sports, everything! I use it a lot because my elliptical is broken, and I can't afford Zumba classes more than once a week lol. It definitely helps.

When I eat low carb, I lose weight quicker. I feel better. I have more energy. I don't eat random crappy foods. I don't retain as much water. It just works.

I occasionally use Senna tea (LaxaTea by Celestial Seasonings) and half the time it doesn't even make me go! Drank it Saturday night, finally went this morning (no help from the tea). It tastes pretty good though so I don't mind.

Tuesdays and Fridays. It used to be every day, but now I only weigh myself at work, on those 2 days (it's a doctor's office so I know the scale is fairly accurate). Its soooooo hard not to do it every day, I'm scale obsessed.
