I am trying to lose weight the HEALTHY WAY to meet standards in March/April. My youngest will be 9mths next week, so trying to get the pregnancy weight, plus the extra weight I had on me off. I also understand what you were going through. Added ya as a friend.

I don't. I don't think I put in that much effort, I am not sweating and my heart rate def doesn't get up enough to log in my opinion.

Can someone message me how to mix it? I have some, but it will never fully mix in my water.... it's always chalky and floating on the top, in the middle/ everywhere. I heard it works wonders and I really want to try it during my workouts. Please help.

I agree with crazyhealthybeautiful - a lady I just saw on youtube used the African Shea Butter and her stretch marks are fading.

I would say another BIG thing is your ATTITUDE and STRESS.... don't let this weight and weight loss stress you out. I am 10 weeks post pardum and I am gradually changing my eating habits and trying to get into the gym at least 5x's a week, but I don't stress out if I have a bad day or don't hit the gym in a week. I am LAZY too. I try not to eat whatever... today was the first day I've really done good, minus the 3 ROLOS that my supervisor "MADE" me eat, lol. Logging your food on here will hold you accountable, if you LOG everything.... There are times I didn't log everything and I felt guilty b/c I am only hurting MYSELF and LYING…
