  • mmmmm I love spaghetti squash! I either bake or microwave it whole (i.e. do not cut it in half), then when tender cut it in half, scoop out the seeds & go.   • I've read that losing slowly (1-2 pounds per week) decreases the chances of saggy skin... the faster you lose the less time your skin has to adapt to the changes. Everyone's skin is different though!
