Yes 500 a day and no rigorous dieting while breastfeeding. Ketones from fat goes into breast milk bad for baby in high levels. No more then about a pound a week.

Sugar free vanilla caramel by coffee mate is half the calories so it helps.

I totally get. It one of my motivations for getting skinner is too be prettier then my boyfriend ex. lol. But beyond that it is what I've always wanted for myself. But the food has power. but we are stronger we just have to keep fighting till we win. Hang in there girl and don't let it win and if it does just restart…

It is nice to have the variety though and sometimes it is too hot to exercise outside and inconvenient too get up early or wait till later for it too be cool out. I have never regretted my gym membership. Sometimes I use it a lot sometimes a little either way it's always there.

yup sometimes it is right and sometimes it is off by 7 or 8 pds. I weighed myself with and without luggage once and it weighed 10lbs more then what the airport got. I must have gotten a defect but I don't have my receipt anymore.

I'm with u trying to lose 10 but just restarted after 6 month break. My dr says lots of cardio she doesnt want me to lift weights right now no more bulk . well see if it works.

I would say get ur thyroid checked cause my so called depression was my thyroid.

That happens to me if I sit too long like 7 hrs or more for all flight and I have a big butt still. i think we just arent meant to sit on our *kitten* that long. LOL.
