I wear jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes now and did when I was skinny, but I have noticed that I lean towards black pants with low heeled boots and a button down strictly for my dress clothes since I got heavier, just did feel comfortable in any less or in any sort of a dress and heels

I did swim team in high school and I never found anything that really worked. When I showered at home or even just started sweating you could smell chlorine around me. many things can play into this, water weight, time of the month espically. I usually don't track my weight during TOM cause it's usually anywhere from 3-6lbs heavier and as soon as it's past it's gone. But more than likely it's water weight from some source.

Me myself, I LOVE 30 day shred. If you look at my pics you will see what Jillian did for me 30 mins from warm up to cool down and it kicked my butt a lot. Didn't lose but about 10lbs, but I was far happier with the changes in my body than the number on the scale :)

if you are not eating enough that can keep it from coming off. You should be netting at least 1200 calories even after exercise. Without enough fuel the body can't burn it off efficently.

I work at a desk for 8 hours, so I have mine set to sedentary. I then log all my workouts.

somdays I do that, some I don't. I figure if I have a really bad craving I'd rather work for it than try to push it back and possibly end up making worse choices or binging cause I'm still learning balance. I take a daily that my dr gave me, but before that I used Andrew Lessman vitimans, I still take many of his products but my daily I got from my dr. Andrew Lessman has amazing products and a real passion for making them, they are def the best I've ever taken.

I always eat back my calories and after my 30 day shred I usually do a protein shake after I've cooled down to help the muscles I've just beaten to hell and back build back up :) And so far it seems to be working :)
