I enter it under 20 mins of circut training.

I am shooting for an 8/10 myself, any smaller and I look silly cause I have broad shoulder for a girl. You have to shoot for what makes you comfortable in your skin. But even if I end up at a 12 or 14, the size does't matter nearly as much to me as the shape I am in, If I am toned and healthy, I'm not going to sweat it too…

I"m on level 3 and still just log it as 20 mins of circut training

I still feel the book was better but the movie was amazing. Though I was a little bummed over the way they did the ending, it was still amazing and I enjoyed every minute of it. Of course, I can also seperate books from movies well and it doesn't bother me too much when the change things, they usually do it cause movies…

MFP gives you calories already set to help you loose weight if you dont' work out. I have found I loose weight slower when I dont' eat mine back cause the body is just like a car, it needs fuel to run correctly. Lots of back and forth over it, but to really get an answer on what would be best for you I would say talk to…

When I moved from WA to TN, we just got a moving truck, loaded up and made the drive in 3.5 days, but it was simplest

I did 10 days for level 1, but Lord help me, I do believe I'm going to need more than that for Level 2...lol....listen to your body, if you hit the 10 days and don't feel ready or try level 2 and dont' feel ready...do what is best for you and your body

I eat regularly and I'm always above 1200 before my workouts, and I even work at home, but I find it harder to hit my numbers on the days that I work then on my days off when I live a normal dayshift schedule. Strikes me as odd I guess

for me it has been loosing my wedding ring. My eldest daughter found it for me, but it slipped off my finger and I never even noticed.

I eat normally, but I now do it in smaller amounts and with more healthy stuff involved. I plan to keep adding more healthy stuff to my diet, but at the same time I still want to be able to plan to have pizza when I want it :) I want to be healthy, but at the same time, I want to be able to enjoy some of the stuff that I…

yes, protein is good for you, I always go over in protein. It helps repair your muscles from workouts.

I am still a smoker,(yeah yeah, I should quit) and I am able to run, I am finding that the more weight I loose the easier running becomes. Start small a min at a time then walk then run. I am now upto 20 mins of running and 20 mins of walking.

I have seen many on here say they kick started their weightloss again but upping calories or zigzagging calories. There should be some threads on it if you search for them

I"m the one with the snoring problem in my house, I'm really hoping that loosing weight will help mine too. That is awesome for you though :)
