I'm on day 5 of level 2 and I have lost some weight, but I've noticed a bigger change in how my body looks. I've lost inches more though

I cut the outside part of my daily work out in half so as not to get heat stroke. The humidity can kill you if you aren't smart about. So I cut it in half and took the same amout of water for my full workout.

mondays when I wake after I use the bathroom. Most accurate time before the day takes it's effects on me.

I wanna say that it took about a year. But I didn't go off of it to get prego, I got off of it cause it killed my sex drive and put a LOT of weight on me. But it was about a year after I went off of it that I turned up prego.

oh and something else that helped was stopping the caffine hits about 2-3 hours before I get to crash and NOT working out before I go to bed. Sleeping in the day isn't your body's normal pattern so cutting those two things out really helped the quality of my sleep as well.

It's just TOM, happens to me too. Just shrug it off and not worry, you are going to bloat then and that will add weight, I was 5-7 lbs heavier during mine last week. Part of being female

sadly, she may not be far from the truth if something doesn't give soon. Grapes are another excellent natural laxitive(not that I can spell). But I would work on finding a way to the dr before you end up in much much worse shape.

as I think I have lost most of mine in just my face, I saw mine after the first 10lbs. I am now starting to notice that I'm firming up and getting more toned and I haven't hit the 20lb mark yet. It helps me to look at pics of me from before I started. That always helps give me a jolt :)

taping or wrapping them fairly tightly, not tight enough to cut of circulation of course, but pretty tight helps ease the pain I promise
