too many potiental side effects that are dangerous. I would do eating healthier and exercise, that is the most reliable way to get the weight off and KEEP it off.

I'm all about balance. Managing to work in the foods I love in much smaller portions but adding in much more healthy food. I want to be healthy and in shape, but at the same time what is the point if I can't enjoy some of the stuff I truely love. In my opipion its all about the balance :)

I am on day 7 of the 30 day shred and while I haven't lost any weight I can already see changes in my body and I've lost .5-1" off of all my measurements. I stick to a sensible diet and within my calories, but I'm not as concerned about loosing the weight as getting my body back in shape :)

anytime I need motivation I go to the sucess stories section and look through all the pics of everyone's progress and it perks me right up...I can SOOOO do this. I'm usually going through there twice a week....lol. You can do it

they make little plastic things, usually called ring snuggies that you can slip on the band and take up the extra space :)

men's jeans would be my guess cause they are not built to have a smaller waist than hips...guys don't usually have a problem there
