I've actually been using one of the e-cigrettes, it's allowing me to take what I need when I need it, but I find that without the thing burning and just taking a hit when the urge hits and it's getting less and less as I go on, plus I play with it in my hand when I start feeeling twitchy. It might help.

I don't believe in the 20lbs, but it can make a huge difference. I have my results posted in my pics if you are thinking about it. Like with the OP, I saw more in inches....it is an amazing program :)

muscle take up less room than fat, so if you are more muscle than fat you'll be heavier than you look. I've always had that problem...espically when I was in sports in HS. I was always 10-15 lbs heavier than other girls that wore the same size as me. That is why inches and size is often a better judge than weight.

I had 75lbs to go the first time I did it. I didn't see much in the weight loss, but I saw TONS of changes in my body....keep with it the end results are totally worth it.

I work out daily and still only wash my hair every few days. They make dry shampoos to help with oil issues and they smell great, but washing it daily makes it dry out more, it needs the natural oils to keep it healthy. I have half curly hair so if I wash it daily it just looks like a limp 80's perm that has frizzed big…

I have to say it's case by case as my parents fed me healthy food and snacks were only for certain times, but from the age of about 10 I had a terrible sweet tooth and would sneak food into my room and eat it without my parents knowledge....can they be blamed for that....NO, I knew it was wrong and I chose to do it. So…

I started it after just a few weeks of working out. I had better than a 100lbs to lose when I started. It was hard, but I kept pushing and took a day off when I needed it. They have alternate versions of most of the exercises that are easier if you need it. I didn't see any weight gain only loss. I would reccommend taking…

when I was a size 8 before I was 150lbs. Course I was in HS and very toned from all the sports I played. Weight doesn't mean so much. I'm now back into a 16 and very close to a 14 but I'm still at 218...last time I was that size I was 170lbs.....muscle mass takes up less room that fat so you can weigh more than you look…

I mostly keep mine sucked in, it's a habit, and then as I have a horrible fear of becoming hunchedback I always sit up straight at my desk. I sit for 8 hours a day with my job so I"m keeping my back straight.....been like that ever since I saw a women in her early 30's hunched backed and realized I did it at my desk. I'm…

I like them after my workouts and on days that I'm just not feeling like eating I make it with milk and it eats up some calories that I just dont' feel like eating. Builds lean protein too which hey...big plus there

I find on days that I am not hungry I'll fix an extra protein shake or a bit of peanut butter, uses up some calories but doen'st weight me down like forcing myself to eat something I don't really want
