MFP makes sense! It makes you alert around food and the food choices you make daily. The rest is our job through exercise and some form of activity. Total result = weight loss. The math is simple and the program teaches us how.

diet drinks dont taste right..in my opinion, especially diet coke/pepsi. I drink the real thing but occasional sips every now and then.

Okay, using 40 large shrimp, it comes out to approximately Calories = 625.8 However, when you divide it per serving (about 3).... it was 208-250 calories per person (very approximate). Hope its right!

I am always debating this myself. I hate fat free stuff. I feel we can eat the regular just limit the quantity.

So, I've been dropping weight (1lb a week) and I checked my weight on the scales today after (2 months) of regular diet and exercise. I noticed my weight went up a little but the fat content percentage on the scales dropped a percentage or two. Is this normal? Whats going on?

Are you eating enough during the day? Try to eat something light as a snack about 3 hours before bedtime. I will eat a cracker with 1 tbsp. peanut butter or apple. Keeps me full all night. Try it.
