Nursing does effect weightloss. Just eat healthy and keep feeding those babies, you will notice some change. I just added running and am sure to notice some change!

I people watch all the time. Especially at the gym. Its fun to see how some people are there ALL the time and others frequent like once in a blue moon and pretend like they are frequent users. Also, many old people do some funny things. I still can't believe people walk around naked in the ladies changing rooms!! Cover…

Congrats, enjoy the race and take it slow in the start. Most people start too fast and get tired half way through. I advice you to push yourself in the last mile or close to the finish line. SAVE YOUR ENERGY! Good luck. Have fun. I did my second 5k this last weekend.

It sounds similar to the atkins diet, doesn't it?

I stay flexible most days and eat many of the calories within limits. I still end up losing weight. Do what works for you.

I completed my 5K today (second one in 6 months!) My official time was 38mins 35 sec. It was hard but it was an amazing day!!! You all can do it. Keep doing the couch to 5k program. It changes your life.

I think u and I are in the same boat...did you not get an ultrasound while on low dose of clomid? How was doctor number one so sure u were ovulating?

Hi there, I am totally in and motivated! I am starting my 4th cycle of clomid and hopefully, there will be IUI in this cycle. I am working out 5 days a week. Been on a running program and will race my second 5K this weekend. I am honetsly really motivated and want to do this the right way!

great post! This stuff really works. It tells us more than just simple nutrition. It tells us how much we used to eat vs. how much less we can actually survive on. I love this website.
