    2) fresh, raw veggies (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers) with tzaziki
    3) protein shakes!!
    4) apples with pb2
    5) fruit (berries, melons, mangos, apples)

    4. noosa blueberry yoghurt
    5. oikos superfruit Greek yogurt
