Don't bother on the number on your scales. Wait a little and watch the weight come off. Initially, I was also disappointed as I actually put on weight but now 2 months later, its a different picture.

I have followed the same thing as jennifer and lost about 1.5 pounds a week. It does work. Eat properly and within the exercise calories + daily intake and you will still lose weight.

Basically, try to eat most of your exercise calories. The mfp program has already created a deficit of calories in order to give you the best starting range. If you don't eat some of your exercise calories, you may go into starvation mode, which defeats the purpose of this program. You do not have to eat all your exercise…

Oh my goodness, I was scared to death. Obesity is a real problem in this country. I had no idea until I saw this teenager, unable to move! They had to do surgery to reduce his skin before they could do gastric surgery for him. It was sad really. Anyone else watch the series?
