Fast food is never good, however, I feel you shouldn't deprive yourself. Your body can be allowed such foods maybe once or twice a month. The rest, stay within your calories and try to make a healthy choice whenever possible. All this said, has anybody tried the new mcdonalds spicy chicken sandwich? Looks yummy!!!! :tongue:
