Started week 9 today and had to stop mid way for 2 minutes to go pee!!! Argh, I'm so angry!!!!!!!! Can I still count this run??? I ran the rest of it at a faster speed.

Weigh in today - 167.8lbs. I had a bad weekend. Ate way too much and was away from home, so it was harder to keep track of everything.

I've lost another pound this week!! I'm so proud of myself. This week has been real hard, I've been sleep deprived and busy and starting a new herbal medication, so my nerves have been all over the place but if I can lose weight, so can all of you!! Eat chocolate, but not the whole box (TIP for this weekend!) :laugh:

I heard somewhere that TOM sometimes helps women run at their best while they are having aunt flo visit. I took the first day off and then ran for the next few days. My energy was up quiet a bit.

I give myself a day off so that I can relax and just enjoy the day. I will do that every weekend, because it works for me and I have lost weight doing that. I hope others will also have cheat days. Good luck tomorrow!

APRIL - week three is not too bad, it really starts to get tough past week 4. Keep hanging in there. It will get easier.
