Insanity workout after 2 kids gave me flat toned abs. My youngest is 6 years and for 5 years I did gym and cardio and not much difference. My husband looks at me and say that I look like a young girl that has never had babies

I'm 5'9" and decided 129lbs which is the lowest healthy weight I can be. I pick that weight because it makes me feel great and I love the way clothes fit on me. I have been maintaining that weight 4 months now.

Make sure you keep exercising.. I once was eating my calories and not exercising and I loss muscle. I was able to see it in my body. If you do exercise regularly", maybe increase slightly your calories intake, like 100 calories

Thanks for creating this thread. We need each other support to maintain. I've been maintaining 3 months now. It's been trial and error but now I know that I need to exercise at least 5 x a week to maintain high metabolism and that 1600 calories is my number plus most of my exercise. I'm doing insanity 2nd round now.

I'm doing my second round of insanity. I started back to the 40 minute workout because now I'm fitter and I have better form. Therefore I feel that this round I will get the full benefits of the workout .

After using proper form and really tight core and landing correctly I have no pain. I was with knee pain for a week. I took 4 days off and slowly the pain went away. Now I'm in round 2 and pain free

It is hard. I'm in the lower end of maintenance. If I loose two pounds I become underweight and not healthy. I'm still in trial and error mode most days. I'm 3 months maintaining

I'm maintaining for 3 months now. I find it easy to maintain now that I weight myself daily and exercise 5-6 days a week. I'm in my second round of insanity. I eat 1600 calories daily plus most of my exercise

I've been maintaining for 3 months now. When I use MFP suggestion 1800 calories per day, I gain weight. Now I eat 1600 and I'm doing fine. Definitely play with the numbers because everybody is different

hm... I'm also having more acne breakout and I have increased the amount of peanut butter to daily. Yet it might also be because of the summer. I noticed I break out more often during summer time. Specially after I used 100 UV sun block lotion

When I didn't own my polar heart monitor, I log it as circuit training because it was giving me the highest calories amount. When I dont take breaks, I average 10 calories per minutes burn according to my heart rate monitor

I've been doing cardio, and strength and lots of crunches for the pastmonths and see a huge difference. I also been using CELLU-SCULPT anti cellulite slimming treatment is by AVON solution, and have noticed a big difference. I put it after workout and shower over my legs and stomach.

I haven't try the banana flavored shake, but will definitely give it a try . I will try my chocolate protein shake with oatmeal tomorrow I think it will be a hit for me. Thanks. :)

Make sure you measure every food. I use my food scale, measuring cups and spoons with any meal I eat. I only eat out once a week. Before these changes, I was eating over 600 calories eye balling my meals instead of measuring and too much eating out was not helping me.

Make sure you use a food sac ale, measuring cups and spoon. Don't eye ball food I was doing that mistake and I was really eating like 600 or more calories that I wasn't counting
