  • I got a box of the sea salt ones and one bag of the cheddar one to try for my birthday. I don't like BBQ flavored chips so I didn't get any. I like the sea salt ones more than the cheddar ones slightly. They remind me of baked lays in their texture and how they look. Very flat and crispy. They don't have as much flavor…
  • I agree that SF is not worth spending money on. However, 500 calories a day? That is not healthy for 99% of people and should only be done in extreme circumstances when prescribed by a doctor. Even then, I don't think it's worth the risks.
  • My previous coworker sells it. I had a bunch of coworkers that tried it and were given no information other than "take this and you'll lose weight." After a lot of the coworkers saw no results I asked the coworker that sold SF and she said "you need to eat extremely healthy and clean to get the effects of Skinny Fiber. If…
  • I would suggest investing in good jeans when you are close/at your goal weight. There is a company, Barbell Apparel that makes jeans that allow for larger butts and legs and have a slightly stretch material. In the mean time, skirts and dresses!
  • Totally forgot I posed this and forgot to check in. Thanks for everyone's opinions. I'm learning how to be crafty but it's a very slow process. I am not artistic at all and the basic concepts are taking forever for me to learn. Can't even sew in a straight line with my sewing machine. I still want to make costumes at some…
  • Quest nutrtion chips. 120 calories 21g of protein
  • I met mine online on plentyoffish.com I signed up and within a day was sick of the type of guys that were messaging me. I decided to take my fate into my own hands and started searching pof for guys near me. My now-bf was on the first page and he instantly appealed to me. He had a picture with his cat on his shoulder and…
  • A few things: 1. If you aren't weighing your foods then get a food scale. Your food intake could be off if you are relying on measuring cups or eyeballing portions. 2. You shouldn't be building muscle if you are eating at a deficit. 3. Could definitely be water weight. Drink more water and try to cut down sodium. I have a…
  • Water retension from the extra sodium and the carbs since it appears you've been eating low carb lately. Also, food still in your belly can temporarily add weight as well. Just go back to normal and the weight should disappear in a few days. I would stick to weighing less often until you understand that the body can…
  • I suggest trying a different type of birth control pill that works better with your body. The first type I used (Yaz) caused my hormones to go crazy and I was hungry all the time so I overate and gained weight. I wasn't tracking at this time but when I gained 10 pounds in two months I knew something was up. I switched to…
  • I'm in a similar boat as you. I've been tracking consistantly for the last year and a half. I had tracked for a few years off and on before that but never tracked longer than a few months. I'm pretty close to maintenance at this time. Anyway,on Monday I decided for a number of reasons that I would like to not track any…
  • My ex and i were trying to come up with a username for me to use for a game we were going to play together. He said "Well.. you act like the devil so why don't you combine your name and devil?" So.. Stephil came up. It was an insult and one of many but I kept it.
  • I'm also curious where you got them on sale and how much per box? I found a store near my family that sells them for $20/box and I stock up whenever I go to visit but due to the price they never have a full stock of all the flavors so sometimes I can't get all my favorites.
  • I emailed Quest regarding this math a few moths ago because I had the same thinking. The calories on them are for the most part correct, the FDA allows/tells them to round to the nearest 5/10 calories so that's what they do. Like the apple pie is actually 176 calories but the label says 180. The carb count contains the…
  • Perhaps. But if the OP was posting about Weight Watchers or Nutrisystems I feel like most people would be against the post.
  • I like NF but I wouldn't pay for the Academy, I don't see the point. You shouldn't have to pay for a program when there is so much free information online. But to each their own. I almost feel like this is an advertisement to encourage people to pay for the NF Academy.
  • Iced with almond milk and protein powder.
  • When I first started to lose weight I had the same mentality. Junk food needed to be hidden from me, not allowed in the house, etc. I felt that if the food was around I would eat it. It didn't matter though. When I wanted junk food and it wasn't around the house, I went and got it. In fact, forcing myself to cut it out of…
  • Unfortunately, ElMoMoLiHe requires actual work so Dr Oz would never endorse it.
  • I eat that all the time! My coworker makes them without the dill pickle and uses a hot pepper instead. Still delicious.
  • When I was younger I would always have peanut butter and butter sandwiches. I haven't had one in years. I also liked peanut butter and banana sandwiches, some think that's strange but it seems normal to me. I recently had a peanut butter and jelly burger and it was the best thing ever but everyone I tell about it thinks…
  • No laughing! I've only cosplayed twice: Erza Scarlet - Fairy Tail Prinny - Disgaea Video Games
  • Wow you look amazing!!! I'll post mine in a second
  • I would say I love hiking. I love being surrounded by nature and the hills add a bit of a challenge. I like walking and I like heavy lifting but I don't love it. I wish I could love running but I didn't care for it.
  • I do a scoop of protein powder + 1 cup of almond milk and add that to my iced coffee. It's too hot here to have regular coffee but the protein works really well with iced coffee. I'm not a fan of coffee but I love my protein coffee mix.
  • Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press. Squats and DL have variations to keep them interesting and target muscles differently. Bench Press is the only upper body lift that I like.
  • -stalks- Not really working on anything right now. I'm being lazy. I have a few ideas but I don't have the skills at sewing yet. I need to start practicing sewing more but I just haven't gotten the motivation. I think it's the heat. I've never experienced more than one or two days of 100+ weather and it's been 95-108 for…
  • Other people mentioned reverse image search on google. You can also search their phone number for contact information and see if the name matches. If they are unwilling to show you a picture that proves it is them (i.e holding newspaper, wearing something you ask them to, etc) or video chat then something is funky. If they…
  • Everything you use is an estimate. $10 fitness watch, $100 fitbit, free calculation online, mfp calculation. The more money you spend the more technology it will probably have which can help provide a more accurate estimate. Personally, I wouldn't waste anything under $20 on fitness technology because its about as useful…
  • I love Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl - cinnamon toast crunch in a cup.
