I can say honestly I have no clue! It's never been about a number or size but how I look and feel about my body. I'm guessing maybe around 140 then go from there. My doc says 115 but I remember being 125 and looked sick! Good luck and don't let the scales determine how you feel about yourself!

My family owns a restaurant and one of customers favorite things are our green beans. We add oregano, white pepper, tomato and onion. A little salt to taste. I love it! I also cook squash and zucchini medallions with garlic, soy sauce and teriyaki just till tender.
