Today is my first day of T25 and I just finished doing Alpha Cardio. It was pretty challenging and I love that it's only 25 minutes and an extra 2 minutes of stretching afterwards. I am sweating buckets right now!!! :happy:

Count me in, I lift 2-3 times a week as well as cardio 3 times a week alternating days...and I love to EAT!!! My calories have been around 1500-1700 but I am trying to increase to around 1800.

I'm just finishing up week 2 of Insanity and yes the first couple of days I was really sore but I just worked through it and found that as I kept exercising I got less sore. Make sure you do all of the warm up and stretching too and it will get better!

I am 47 years old and 5" 6 , my goal weight was 145 and I now weigh 138...I'm continuing to workout and eat healthy so I will see where my body is comfortable, probably around 135.

I agree with you....I was enjoying 2 glasses a day, as my way of unwinding in the evenings and that leads to me craving salty things like chips and buttery popcorn so now it's Iced Tea sweetened with truvia!! :smile: I know that to finally get the scale moving downward, I need to just stop!! Coach, Sounds like you are doing great, you will be a lean mean machine before you know it!!! :smile: I really miss TF but with my hurt shoulder, (i think it's my rotator cuff) I have given it up for a while. The walking is helping though and I figure as long as I am moving and watching what I eat I will be ok for a while.

Hey Coach, I completely understand...vacations can be tricky because you start out with the best intentions but somewhere along the way the ball gets dropped and you find yourself falling into the same old bad eating habits. My downfall on the cruise was cupcakes....they had fresh baked cupcakes daily of delicious flavors…
