I'm 46 and have lost about 30 lbs this summer. Still want to lose about 30 more. I did a lot of walk/jogging and free wts 2-3 times a week. The weights have given me the most results. Feeling strong is the best! Good luck! IT CAN BE DONE!

is that why I struggle so much? I am for sure apple shape... I have only been hooping since Jan 1. still getting the swing of it. but the hoop drops many, many times in my, so far 15 minute workout. I am getting better, but can't go for longer than a couple minutes. I am swinging both ways now tho! anyone else?
-
totally works! I do this with jump roping too...just pretend!
-
I've probably had a good 5 workouts with my hoop. Still getting the "swing" of it....It still drops quite a few times in 10-15 minutes but I am getting better with each time. I can go both directions now. will check out them videos too. hoop it up!

W2D1 done!

you tell 'em!! I just recently started hooping. Not real coordinated yet, but each time I use it I have increased my time! In 10 minutes it was about 100 cals....according to Polar F6 HRM with chest strap. I can't wait to see what the results are when I get better and can go longer!! It definitely works your core!

I think this is quite normal. Is your hunger mainly after eating or prior to? Is your workout near meal time or snack time? could be many things....but, my theory (for myself) is that when I exercise, I am burning calories...hence, burning energy. You should replace what you take away. Depending on the amount you have…
