what is a liveable wt with these stats?
5'4" female 44yo medium to large frame...I'd say more large apple shape am in 14's now original goal wt of 160, at 178 now. BMI wants me near 145 or less... any ideas or possibilities?? anyone with similar stats?

MFP settings for calories & other ques...
so, if I follow the calorie level MFP has me set at, I WILL LOSE WT? will I have to tweek it at some point? will my calorie levels change with wt loss? is it better to log one day at a time, like the nite before or to log an entire week? thanks for all your help.
