I totally agree with this ^^^^ I have an aluminum bottle that also holds 32 oz. I try to have one down by noonish, and the other by supper time. anything after that is bonus!! Occ'l I buy some fresh lemons or limes and slice them and add to my water. I have sliced them and kept them in the freezer then take out when I need…

am on this same dose......have some of the side affects you are, mainly headaches, anxiety, jitters. maybe the 300 is too much all at once. I tried the XR many years ago, and had problems with being groggy all day long...could not function. I just wondered if anyone was on this same dose and if it was working for them.…

If what you're doing is working....I would not change anything. Eating exercise cals back is different with everyone. Some eat all, some eat 1/2, some eat none. I would just do what works for you.
