My wife and I have completed P90X Twice. My wife lost 37lbs and has a big biceps to back it up! lol She used dumbells from 5lbs-20lbs. She also used the pullup bar. Make sure you drink a recovery drink. It really helps the sore muscles. Don't over do it the first week. I also suggest watching each workout before you start.…

You could do Ab Ripper X Monday,Wednesday and Friday. Then rotate strenght and cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This is what my wife and I did this past winter. Good luck!

Congrats! I have a iPhone and love it! I only use my HRM three times a week when running but, I use iPhone fitness apps every single day. I would get an iPhone first and then get a Wahoo Bluetooth HRM. It will connect with your iPhone. Good luck!
