i've been using these for a while now and yes they are delicious, not tried the sweet and sour as i don't like sweet and sour stuff but the paprika and garlic are really really nice :)

it is up to how the person feels though, like with myself yes of course people can see i'm heavy, i can't exactly hide it but i've also been told by the small number of people that i have revealed my weight to that i don't actually look as heavy as i am, i am ashamed of my weight and so i choose not to tell very many…
